The Valley of Roses and the Roses Camp
The Valley of the Roses leads into the Dades Canyon along the Mgoun river. The rose flowers from this valley are used for rose water and beauty products. The valley is a contrast of lush green with the brown/black rock.
The Roses Camp
The Roses Camp in the heart of the Agoulzi Gardens is located in a preserved and welcoming valley 1.5 hours from Ouarzazate by an asphalt road.
The camp is based on a nomad habitat with a great comfort that respects the valley spirit and has a minimal impact on the environment.
There are 7 well furnished twin or double tents, a seperate area with two toilets and two showers with warm water, a big restaurant tent and an interior court for relaxation moments and for meals.
Included in the price is Moroccan cooking (full board), trekking and short walks, cultural walks to discover the architecture and the traditions of the Berbers (daily habits, agricultural activities, family life), meeting with locals. There is also access to a library with emphasis on the Berber culture.
Also available (paid locally) are local guided tours and mules.
