I just wanted to let you know what a truly wonderful holiday we had at Tigmi. It was a magical place where [we] felt incredibly relaxed and at peace. The service was out of this world, they are so humble and kind it makes you feel you want to sit them down and look after them for a day. C.M in December 2007
What a wonderful setting! Here we truly felt relaxed. Surrounded by the Atlas mountains we passed our days watching the birds fly by, or lounging in the many nooks scattered about. It was lovely to see the shepherds go about tending to their flock or while away the hours in contemplation. To further enhance this relaxing experience, I tried the massage and facial which were both fantastic. The service was exceptional and the food was a delight. M.I in October 2007
A really lovely and tranquil hotel in a most interesting setting. This was a true insight to rural life in Morrocco. The staff at Tigmi were delightful and at times it felt like a house party as opposed to the formality of a hotel. I can thoroughly recommend Tigmi if you want to experience something other than the souk! Do take a torch as the electricity can be erratic of an evening! Y.B. in October 2007
We at a great time in tigmi. The place is just perfect, the food exellent and the service also. M.W. in April 2007
Very relaxing. Good food and friendly service. K.B. in April 2007
We arrived from a place of sublime tranquility, serene surroundings, hours spent reflecting ones life in view of the mystic, snowcapped Atlas mountains. We went back in time as we walked through peaceful olive groves, then on into the nearby kasbah, once home to a tribal leader with his 150 strong harem. New friends made, reunions planned, life, one thinks can get no better than days spent at TIGMI P.W & E.C. in December 2006
We enjoyed Tigmi so much. Everything about the hotel is a delight. The staff are friendly and efficient and we found it all so welcoming and perfect for a mother and daughter hol.! So successful was it that I have already recommended Tigmi. V.A. in April 2006
We returned safely from Marrakech last week having much enjoyed our break. The service, food, hospitality and ambience at Tigmi were all excellent. C & J. G in November 2005
...Tigmi was out of this world. We honestly had a fantastic time.Tigmi ,I shall never forget-I certainly have enough photographs! A. E. in November 2005
We didn't quite know what to expect of Morocco, tho' on re-reading your website I realise what good descriptions it gives. Tigmi was like nowhere I have ever stayed before and, in recommending it to friends, I've struggled to convey its special location and atmosphere. J. R. and family in November 2005
Yesterday we came back from marrakech and back from tigmi. As we had a fantastic stay, a superbe room (Nr. 7) with a terrific view and even a fireplace and as all the staff was very friendly I wanted to thank you personnally for your support.
So congratulations for this very special place, thank you again and I am looking forward to be in tigmi soon .. (inshallah) A. R. in March 2005
We have just returned from our week in Tigmi and I thought I'd let you know what a huge success it was. It was every bit as wonderful as your brochure said it would be and the team that you have there is excellent. Souad was helpful, informative and extremely patient (due to my daughter being ill, we chopped and changed our minds a lot about what and when we wanted to do and she didn't scream once!) The staff at Tigmi bent over backwards to do everything they could for us and made us feel very much at home. It is a beautiful place and I really hope to be able to return. F. S in January 2005
We would also like to mention Tigmi - an amazing place. Tranquil and just what we needed after a week of driving and sightseeing. Max has done a wonderful job in the restoration - it is truly magical - and the atmosphere is so welcoming. We would like to thank the staff, especially Aziz, Hussain and M'hamid for their friendly , discreet and efficient service - always done with a smile. P & H. P. in October 2004
I'm so glad we opted for Tigmi - we couldn't have enjoyed the contrast with Marrakech more. We were also blessed with fine weather and surrounded by happy faces - guests, staff & villagers. And now those beautiful roses are telling me we must return soon, and next time for longer ... what a kind thought. Many thanks to all. M. in April 2004
We absolutely adored our visit to Morocco, our first since 1973 and staying at Tigmi was perfect in every way. You have managed to make it beautiful and well-run without its becoming formulaic or anonymous. Everyone who worked there was always kind, efficient and beaming and Anas runs it calmly and with skill. Mr & Mrs J. H. in March 2004
Just returned from a long weekend at Tigmi. Great time, lovely place, excellent staff.
Good recommendation, thanks. J.H. in February 2004
Tigmi was amazing and just right for us ... The scenery was breathtaking with the Atlas mountains in the background - Annas and Souad arranged some lovely trips for us. We enjoyed going into Marrakech, but it was lovely to come back to the peace and quiet of Tigmi! It is unique with all its interesting and comfortable little nooks and crannies, delicious food and charming, but unobtrusive staff. R. B. in December 2003
We just wanted to say how very successful our Christmas at Tigmi was. It is a beautiful concept and in the most wonderful location, our Christmas walks were almost biblical. It provided plenty of space and entertainment for our nearly grown up children and the service was charming and very personal. We felt like private guests in our own Berber house party. K. T. T. in December 2003
Two weeks ago we returned from our seven night stay at Tigmi. I just wanted to write on behalf of ourselves and our friends, to say what a wonderful time we had. From the moment we walked into Tigmi (late at night and in the dark) we just loved it. It was so peaceful, almost spiritual, and exactly what we had hoped for. It is not too often that what you expect and want is what you get. The week turned into one pleasure after the other. We got to know each room and each place where we could go and sit in peace. We were spoiled for choice. We got to know the staff, helpful to a fault, and in particular I think we would all like to single out Hussein. He looked after our every wish with a quiet dignity that we all loved. The Manager, who could easily match our English sense of humour, must take credit for the way the hotel was run with a quiet efficiency and difference to that found in so many other pretentious hotels. If you have contact with him in the near future please remind him of what we said when we left which was simply that we will be back. We hope that the simplicity of Tigmi is maintained, we loved the blue cupboards and the old doors, the simplistic showers and the pancakes served at breakfast. There are one or two things that could be mentioned that were not 100% but I feel it would be churlish to mention them in this letter. Mr & Mrs E.B. in October 2003
I have never in the past written to a travel agency or tour organiser to commend them on the quality of a holiday. However, I am doing so on this occasion as we simply had the best holiday ever at the Tigmi Tagadert last week.
The hotel itself, the location, the food and the staff were universally excellent and the peace and tranquility unsurpassed. We also had very good days out in Marrakech itself and up to the Roseraie in the Atlas, with taxis arranged by Souad. C.B. in February 2003
