Sawadi in Skoura

The Sawadi is a group of small dwellings near Skoura built using the local berber techniques situated in a 3 hectare organic farm (mostly fruit, with a sheep fold at the far end of the land).
There are two 2-bedroom kasbahs ("Tamaris" and "Oliviers") and a third house for 6/7 people ("Palmiers"). The Palmiers has a large private terrace. The restaurant is in a separate building with a terrace next to the pool.
The area around Skoura holds lots of interest, and the Sawadi offers a variety of excursions to help you explore - more about the Skoura excursions.

Feedback and reviews
our least favourite place, the breakfasts were skimpy, the owner unapproachable and elusive but the staff were very helpful when we couldn't leave because the waddi was deep and fast flowing-we left about 6 hours late meaning our journey was in the evening and fog prevented us getting our the pass til the following day. We had to stop at 'Sunset Hotel' an interesting experience!! Rating 3/5 J.N in March 2010
This was a lovely place to stay -- great food and a wonderful setting. We were glad we had a driver though, as it seems to be in the middle of a maze! J.A in October 2009
