The reception, lounge areas and dining room surround the central courtyard all of which have been restored in traditional zelige (mosaic) and tadlakt (plasterwork), carved wood and other Arabesque materials. The dining room serves typical Moroccan breakfast and can also serve a superb dinner with a few hours advance notice from the guests.

Feedback and reviews
We didn't quite know what to expect of Morocco, tho' on re-reading your website I realise what good descriptions it gives. Riad Moucharabieh was delightful, such an oasis of calm with very discreet, quiet service. J. R. and family in November 2005
... The riad [Moucharabieh] itself was charming, The two housemen, Majit and Mustafa, were lovely. They were helpful, kind and eager to make our stay as easy as possible. One evening when we got lost trying to find a restaurant, Mustafa came with us on our second attempt and delivered us to the door. They made us a fire in our room every afternoon and served us endless pots of mint tea. They also served us very good local fare for dinner two of the three nights. As you said, the riad itself was not the fanciest, but the difference came in the care that the staff took with us. A. & M J. in March 2005
