This is Moroccan cuisine at its finest, and the poppadom- style pudding drenched in sweet icing is to die for. Dinner here, accompanied by a small group of Gnaoua musicians each evening, whose music is almost hypnotic, is a romantic's dream.
Other facilities include a patio with covered restaurant, a bar overlooking the Andalusian gardens, hammam with massage, and three rooftop terraces for breakfast and relaxation.

We loved the Riad Maison Bleue which we thought was exceptionally good. We ate breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the North Fort and ate in the restaurant a few times.
