Riad Lamane in Zagora

Situated in an oasis in the Draa Valley and surrounded by Date and Pomegranate trees, the Lamane is in the village of Amezrou and about a kilometre from Zagora. Walk amongst the palm groves down to the riverside and into town for the market.

It is a traditional style building using natural materials and each room is distinctive. The walls are decorated with earthenware, plaster and small stones from the wadi, resembling a mosaic.

The gardens of palms and flowers are the roaming place for a family of peacocks.

There are 10 rooms including 5 deluxe rooms and well-equipped tents. Facilities include a pool and three restaurants: Moroccan, Menzeh and Berber Tent.
