Back in UK now 8-10 degrees centigrade. No more breakfasts in the courtyard, and no more superb lunches.
The few days that we stayed with you were most memorable. The Riyad is magificent in terms of decoration and creature comforts. The staff are most attentive and helpful, I hope you will pass on our best regards to them all.

As promised last week I said I would send an email recording what a fantastic time we had at the Riyad Al Moussika.
The Riyad is splendid both in location and presentation. The staff and service they supplied was tremendous - beyond the call of duty on many occasions - helpful and friendly in guiding us around the labrynthian Medina , the restaurant recommendations were always spot on . And then of course there was our overall host - what can I say ? We enjoyed his hospitality despite the commentary , anecdotes and tales that peppered every conversation - of course I say this in jest because it just added more colour to an already rich and colourful experience , and I would recommend the Riyad and all those involved with it to anyone who cares to visit Marrakesh . From the minute we walked in the door and greeted you we knew this was no ordinary stay. What can one say about wonderful Khalid but that one has to simply taste the magic he concocts? I loved the sense that we were visting you and were guests in your authentic home with all the fine touches from the lovely study where one can curl up with a book or laze upstairs on the terrace while sipping mint tea or watch one a film from your enviable collection of timeless and tasteful movies.
