I just wanted to write and let you know what a superb time we had in Marrakech. Riad Laora was stunning and the staff couldn't do enough for us, they made us feel really welcome and at home.
The holiday exceeded our expectations and the Best of Morocco's representative gave us the confidence to attack the Souks on our own...

Basically my Mum and I had the most fantastic week and we wanted to thank you for such good organisation. The Riad les Yeux Bleus was lovely, the owner and staff very friendly and accommodating. Also Souad was very helpful and gave an excellent briefing, also fixing up an excellent tour of the city, with some very helpful personal shopping!
The Roseraie was just beautiful. I miss it already. Lovely staff, great room with roaring fire and a fantastic situation.

Arrived back in the early hours this morning, thank you for all your assistance, the Riad Laora was fabulous and the staff were wonderful. Marrakech is a fabulous city but I sadly wont be rushing back until my bank account has recovered!! Saying that I have managed to shop for presents for family, godchildren and friends birthdays for the rest of the year, so am delighted I now have a well stocked present draw. Its obviously going to have to be a annual spree.

We returned safely from Marrakech last week having much enjoyed our break. The service, food,hospitality and ambience at Tigmi were all excellent, and we were fortunate with the weather until the last day. Your travel information was most useful and having English speaking contacts and doctor to call upon if necessary a source of comfort. We didn't quite know what to expect of Morocco, tho' on re-reading your website I realise what good descriptions it gives. Riad Moucharabieh was delightful, such an oasis of calm with very discreet, quiet service. Tigmi was like nowhere I have ever stayed before and, in recommending it to friends, I've struggled to convey its special location and atmosphere.

We just got back on Sunday from the superb trip you organised for us. All the arrangements worked like clockwork and the hotels were excellent. We have a heap of memories of labyrinthine souks and pulsating gnaoua music. Souad even provided some very timely advice on diet when I was (briefly) unwell and it was nice to know she was in the background in case we needed to call on her.

Just to say a belated thank you for my brilliant holiday in Morocco. Both the Dar El Ghalia and the Caravanserai were wonderful. The staff at the DEG were charming, thoughtful, helpful & kind, and treated me like one of the family. And the Caravanserai must be the most beautiful hotel in the world. I have been meaning to drop you a line ever since we returned from Morocco. We had the BEST TIME EVER. We have traveled the world with 6 kids and never had a more enjoyable vacation. The properties were beautiful, the beach magnificent and quads and camel rides were very exciting. We returned from Morocco on Monday. I don't normally do this, but I felt I had to contact you to say how happy we were both with the facilities and the organisation. Riad Kaiss was magical (impossibly romantic as a fellow guest said) and Tigmi was another great experience. Everything you arranged went like clockwork (taxis on time, hire car on time, restaurant bookings made perfectly, etc) and every matter raised (and they were minor) was immediately dealt with. Everybody we met was friendly and determined to be helpful. All in all one of the best holidays ever, and we were planning our next trip to Morocco before we finished this one. H. W. 03/05

Just a note to thank you very much for all your organisation over our visit to Riaid Laora. All the restaurant bookings, tours etc were perfect. The staff in particular were charming at the Riaid as was your agent Souad, her driver and her guide. We all enjoyed our visit tremendously. The baths were incredible - about 10 foot long - ! she assured us we could fill them as much as we wanted, but obviously we didn't as we thought the whole city would run dry. Thank you for organising such a lovely trip to Marrakech for us. Everything went like clockwork. We were greeted by Souad at the airport and driven directly to the riad (Moucharabieh). She was professional, pleasant and full or information. The riad itself was charming, The two housemen, Majit and Mustafa, were lovely. They were helpful, kind and eager to make our stay as easy as possible. One evening when we got lost trying to find a restaurant, Mustafa came with us on our second attempt and delivered us to the door. They made us a fire in our room every afternoon and served us endless pots of mint tea. They also served us very good local fare for dinner two of the three nights. As you said, the riad itself was not the fanciest, but the difference came in the care that the staff took with us. A. & M J., 3/05

I wanted to write to you and tell you what a fantastic time we had in Morocco. I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the place and the people. It is a wonderful country of contrasts.
The combination of desert [landrover] safari and Marrakech was perfect. The team on the safari were excellent; Rashid our guide struck the perfect balance and we felt entirely safe with the drivers on some very tricky passes.
Caravan Serai is a haven and the hamman was especially welcome on arrival at the hotel after the safari.
I was a little anxious about how the young people in our party would feel about the safari (ages 15,16 and 17). They loved it and two of their comments were we cant believe they have gone to so much trouble for us and we never felt deprived of anything this is quite a feat for today's youngsters. the T. and L. We have just returned from Marrakech this afternoon, and I wanted to email you immediately whilst things were still fresh in my mind. I wanted to say thank you for arranging our trip. We have had a fantastic time including a great scenic tour on Wednesday ... We were driven through Amizmiz ... incredible scenery. Arriving on New Years Day from a cloudy and depressing UK, we were instantly thrown into a myriad of wonderful smells, visual delights and fabulous Moroccan hospitality that made me believe that we had died and gone to heaven.
Riad les Yeux Bleus was a wonderful mix of a private house and luxury hotel with every bit of the charm and unique character that I had seen on your web-site but, which was so very far beyond those original expectations.
