You arranged a holiday for me at the end of November and, although this response is a little late, I just wanted to express our thanks for the faultless organisation at the other end. In particular, we did not have the chance to thank Souad for the excellent and friendly help she gave us in organising various activities and ensuring that everything worked like clockwork.

We don't normally correspond with tour operators after a holiday but we wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our 2 weeks in Morocco. The itinerary fulfilled all we wanted to see - and more!! The hotels were small and intimate, with good food. The organisation was spot on throughout the two weeks we spent there - with no problems at all. My husband and I travelled with you in May last year spending a week touring the South and a week at Caravan Serai. Nine months later we have a wonderful baby daughter now 7 months. Caravanserai and Villa des Orangers were outstanding for their beauty and the charm of their staff.
Normally we do not book our holidays through companies preferring to travel independently and an hotel like Villa des Orangers would not be our normal choice. We were worried that it might be too stuffy and formal but how wrong we were - we had many interesting chats with the managers and the staff were a constant delight.
We walked everywhere, had no problems day or night, ate in very local places, met great people, were not hassled by anyone ( after living in India for a few years we thought that the touting might be more aggressive than it was ) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Just a big thank you to you all and to let you know that we would not hesitate to recommend the hotels or your company to anyone. The beauty of Marrakech will stay in the mind but the kindness and hospitality of its people touches the soul. J.L. & M.G., 10/04

This is to thank you for all the excellent arrangements you made for our holiday. Everything went like clockwork with no hitches whatsoever. The accommodation and staff in Fes, Essaiourra and Taroudannt was excellent with top marks to Riad Maison Bleue and Dar Loulema. All the drivers we had were superb and turned up at the appointed times. We have just returned from our holiday to Morocco which we booked through Best Of Morocco and would like to say thank you for providing us with such a good service.
We can thoroughly recommend both the hotels we stayed at. In Marrakech we stayed in Riad Moucharabieh which had been beautifully renovated. The staff were very friendly and gave a personal service with extra attention to detail. Then we stayed at La Roseraie where again everyone was very friendly and we were particularly impressed with the food and looked forward to our evening meals. The gardens were lovely (even though the roses weren't all in full bloom) and peaceful which was just what we needed after Marrakech!
We are going to keep the brochure as it contains some excellent photos which capture the atmosphere and will be a good souvenir.

Would like to thank you very much for holiday itinerary and arrangements. We had a wonderful holiday, SO impressed by people and the country. Accommodation all worked out beautifully and we even came to love Ouarzazate! Moroccans are indeed a lovely people, we encountered many acts of hospitality and kindness. You paced the holiday perfectly for us, we really enjoyed seeing so much that was varied and amazing. As a geologist my husband was in 7th heaven, particularly in Erfoud rock factory, Todra and Dades, holiday photos are mostly of rocks. G.N. 10/03

It was absolute BLISS from start to finish, thank you - even though we accidentally went a day early in a fit of over-enthusiasm. We didn't get to see quite as much of Marrakech as we'd hoped because lying about by the pool and rolling out to eat/get massaged was so heavenly that it sort of sapped our strength, but since that was exactly the kind of holiday we had in mind, we were absolutely delighted. I have never in the past written to a travel agency or tour organiser to commend them on the quality of a holiday. However, I am doing so on this occasion as we simply had the best holiday ever at the Tigmi Tagadert last week.
The hotel itself, the location, the food and the staff were universally excellent and the peace and tranquility unsurpassed. We also had very good days out in Marrakech itself and up to the Roseraie in the Atlas, with taxis arranged by Souad. C.B 02/03

Despite the hiccup early on with the trek, it all worked out brilliantly in the end, and they managed to mobilise themselves extremely quickly. The staff there were most helpful and friendly but not intrusive: Mahjid in particular was always very welcoming. It all went very well and the organisation worked fine. Impressive was the mobile phone call from the Hippocampe whilst we were being driven to the hotel. I'm writing to you after returning from a stay at Villa Des Orangers in Marrakech with your company. We found the villa and the staff exceeded our expectations and we had a most enjoyable holiday. The setting was delightful and couldn't be faulted. We ate in many superb restaurants but by far the most impressive for us was Dar Moha. The food was superior to anywhere else we ate and we would recommend it to any of your other clients. We also ate at Yacout which although very good, no longer compares to Dar Moha. S.E., 11/02

We took advantage of the friendly services of your representative in Marrakech to visit the Atlas Mountains and also to have dinner at the Caravan Serai. ...The trip to the Berber village gave us the opportunity which we had asked for to get in some walking ... The overnight stay at the gite in the village was fascinating. It is presumeably as close as most tourists of our type are going to get to experiencing the local life. The patron took us on a little walk before dinner to see the village, and then the meal was a family affair as much as anything else. ... Nor had we really expected the temperature at night to be quite so low. Even in the hotels we could have done with more warm clothing so perhaps just a little more information/guidance on that. Both Paul and I felt safer in Morocco than we would here in the states. The hotels were gorgeous, especially Riad Kaiss and Kasbah des Roses. The couple that owns Roses are amazing. It was the perfect ending to a perfect holiday. We also loved Kasbah ben Moro. What a great difference coming from Riad Kaiss to Ben Moro.
Next time we would like to check out the northern part of the country. Maybe some skiing. We will definitely be contacting you when we decide to plan our next trip to Morocco. I wish you did Italy too! Oh well. I'm on my own on that one. K.H. 11/01

I just wanted to let you know what a FABULOUS holiday we have just had in Morocco. Everything was beautifully organised by you and we now know why you are called The BEST of Morocco. All the hotels were wonderful and so different. The night in the desert with the Gnaua Band and sleeping under the stars was unforgettable, the Kasbah Ben Moro was our own for the night and The Dar Zina in Marrakech has to be one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in and the staff so friendly. Hippocampe was also wonderful and relaxing and again the staff so friendly.
We do hope that you haven't had too many cancellations due to the atrocities in the US. We felt utterly safe in Morocco and we will be returning in the very near future to explore more of this wonderful country. G.S. 9/01
