We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was most welcoming and helpful. We were looked after and offered advice but without any pressure. We enjoyed the sense of humour of some of the staff! The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean. Our arrival in the middle of the night was a little alarming for us. The walk through the passages of the medina to the Riad in the dark was slightly unnerving, even though we were escorted by the taxi driver. C.T. in May 2008
Fascinating place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and organised a guide and car when required. Food very good and plenty of choice. Rooms comfortable, although I would have preferred one with the bedroom on the same level as the rest of the room. The courtyard was amazing and the view from the roof terrace breathtaking. I would recommend this riad to who wants to experience Fez at close quarters. M.T. in March 2008
