Dar Darma - Boutique Hotel in Marrakech - Cooking

The Dar Darma offers cooking courses teaching traditional Moroccan cuisine.

Guided by the chef, participants will take part in the preparation of dishes such as the chicken tajine with lemon, lamb tajine with dates and almonds, honey flavoured chicken, seven vegetables couscous, meat couscous, and the traditional pastilla.

Following the preparation, the participants will enjoy the tasting, accompanied by selected wines.

Lessons start at 6.30 pm every day, prior reservation is required. There will be a maximum of 5 / 6 participants.
