From the clients:-
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Caravenserai, the place has a truly laid back feel though the staff were always very attentive to our needs and reacted quickly and efficiently to any requests, however unusual. The rooms were extremely comfortable and so refreshing not to have a tv, this pushes the guest to make use of the gardens and socialize. Lovely pool area with a real air of mysticism, especially at night when it is all lit be candle. We came away feeling totally refreshed even though we were there on a business trip. A real home from home. D.S. in January 2009
Fantastic hotel. Would recommend it particularly for people just wanting to get away from it all and read etc... Hammam fantastic -- must have a massage at least once a day! Food was great but not much choice on a la carte. P.C. in September 2008
It was a very lovely and peaceful place to stay - great bedlinen - lovely and soft just like home not at all like a hotel! And the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and genuine with it. J.K. in February 2008
4 days in Caravanserai was just perfect. It is a haven of peace and tranquility. The accomodation is beautiful, the staff kind and courteous and the food simple but interesting and very tasty ... e decided it had been the most relaxing break we had ever had in the most perfect surroundings. R.B. in November 2007
La CaravanSerai was amazing! The perfect place for a honeymoon and our suite was fabulous. J & O V.H. in November 2007
Caravan Serai definitely qualifies as one of the best places I've ever stayed and I would definitely return - everything about it is perfect. The hammam & massage was heavenly, the food and service exceptional and it is so relaxing. We really did feel at home. S.J. in November 2007
Just to say we had a fabulous time in Marrakech - and as I'm sure you know, we wanted to stay longer!...Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to the Caravanserai staff - they are just wonderful. K.C. in june 2007
Caravanserai was just as good as last time with excellent food and a lot of the staff were the same as 2 years ago, recognised us and made us very welcome. A.B. in February 2007
Just to say we had a wonderful time. Caravan Serai is a great place to stay, very friendly and good food. R.M. in February 2007
The staff at the Caravanserai were excellent, everyone enjoyed the food, the breakfasts were amazing and there were fresh flowers and rose petals everywhere. ... It really came alive with the lanterns, the guests filling it's lovely areas, using the pool, enjoying the ambience, gardens, etc. and thoroughly enjoying themselves. S.K. in January 2007
This is just a quick email to let you know we had WONDERFUL holiday at the Caravanserai and would go back in a heartbeat! The staff at the hotel were so charming and helpful and friendly! A & O. J. in November 2005
We got back from our holiday at Caravanserai yesterday and I just wanted to pass on my appreciation to you and The Best of Morocco. Caravanserai is simply stunning, not only by Marrakech standards, but in my view, world standards. I would like to think of myself as reasonably well travelled, and I have not stayed at a more stylishly authentic place! S.W. in October 2004
We wanted peace and quiet and a relaxing place and the Caravan Serai certainly provided it. The staff and service were charming and helpful and the food and wine generally good. A.K. in September 2004
