The staff at the Caravanserai were excellent, everyone enjoyed the food, the breakfasts were amazing and there were fresh flowers and rose petals everywhere. ... It really came alive with the lanterns, the guests filling it's lovely areas, using the pool, enjoying the ambience, gardens, etc. and thoroughly enjoying themselves. S.K. in January 2007
This is just a quick email to let you know we had WONDERFUL holiday at the Caravanserai and would go back in a heartbeat! The staff at the hotel were so charming and helpful and friendly! A & O. J. in November 2005
We got back from our holiday at Caravanserai yesterday and I just wanted to pass on my appreciation to you and The Best of Morocco. Caravanserai is simply stunning, not only by Marrakech standards, but in my view, world standards. I would like to think of myself as reasonably well travelled, and I have not stayed at a more stylishly authentic place! S.W. in October 2004
We wanted peace and quiet and a relaxing place and the Caravan Serai certainly provided it. The staff and service were charming and helpful and the food and wine generally good. A.K. in September 2004
